- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). If using, place a pizza stone inside the oven to heat up.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta, heavy cream, mashed roasted garlic, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Place the pre-baked 12-inch pizza crust on a pizza peel or baking sheet. Spread the roasted garlic white sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Scatter the chopped spinach evenly over the sauced crust. Drizzle the olive oil lightly over the spinach.
